Chilcotes Chap "Cole"

Cole is our first male.  He has a good field pedigree with many field champions.  He is around 80 lbs and has an extremely laid back personality.  He follows me everywhere and likes to put his head under my hand to make sure he receives a pet.  He is chocolate and yellow factored and is available for stud.   We received Cole when he was three years old.  He had no obedience training at the time but learned the basics (sit, stay, lay down) very quickly.  He is extremely intelligent and is loved by all the visitors.  (It is very difficult to get a picture of Cole with his ears perked.  Just another characteristic that mimics his laid back personality.  I'm still working on a good picture of Cole but to see him in person is to love him.)  Email if you would like a copy of Cole's Pedigree.

 

Takoda's Kodiak Brown Bear  "Koda"

Koda is an all English Show male that we got from Echo Springs Labradors in Ohio.  He is one of our new stud dogs.  He is 2 years in the pictures above.  He has an excellent temperament and dashing good looks.  He is a very stocky boy with very hooded, droopy eyes.  He is definitely the English build.  Koda is a very happy little man.  He has made an awesome addition to our kennel. Check back for updated pictures periodically.  Koda is available for stud.

 

Enigma "Iggy"

Iggy is a new addition here at Takoda Kennels.  He is our new up and coming American Stud dog.  He has a very sweet personality and is a real lover.  He is great with all other dogs and people.  He is 9 weeks old in the picture above.  His pedigree, looks, and easy going attitude will be an asset to our kennel's breeding program.

 

STUD FEE REQUIREMENTS

  • Female must be OFA certified (good or excellent) or Penn Hip Certified

  • Must have a current negative Brucellosis test

  • There will be a boarding fee if the female is left at our residence to be bred of $7 per day.  The female must also have a Kennel Cough vaccine greater than 7 days but less than one year prior to being kenneled at our facility along with current distemper and Rabies.  Proof will be required before boarding.

 

Charge for Stud fee is $400 along with a $50 non refundable breeding fee.  This stud fee is for four live births.  If less than four puppies are born, the fee will be $100 per puppy plus the breeding fee.  We are now able to do Artificial Inseminations with your female at an extra cost when breeding to Koda or Jesse.
